95 jeep grand cherokee laredo radio troubles?
95 jeep grand cherokee with original radio. sometimes while driving it turns on and off randomly. usually it turns on a little after starting driving. SOmetimes it freezes and you cant change the station. it sometimes plays fine but over a rough road goes out for a few minutes. I've taken it out of the dash and plugged it back in. still nothing working. any ideas?

It sounds like the radio has bad soldering connections inside of it on the circuit board and I'd replace the stereo.

think of it this way. Its a 16yr old stereo with constant use. Should be glad it lasted that long.
