how do i move to laredo from eagle pass? with work?
I am currently working in eagle pass but my job is in danger(long story) and due to personal reasons i am going to have to leave before i get fired. i decided to move to laredo (2 hrs away) because not only is it bigger but it has more jobs. Eagle pass has NOTHING! So i wanted to go over there. Everyone is telling me i should have a job before i go but right now i am just looking to get my foot in the door so any job will do for the moment. My question is how do i manage to do move from that place to another? What do i tell my previous employer about my jobs. Im applying everywhere and ive already worked as a teacher and a director of a facility. Im afraid that previous employers will see this job and then say im over qualified what do i do? yes what would i say i had to leave due to a falsified story made up by an employee and since he had been there for 11 years my boss took his side over mine and those were his words! how is the job market over here? i have a bachelors degree and i have been here for 3 days already and no luck... also i need to get a job just period..i can't hide the fact that i was a teacher and a director of a facility..what if they say im over qualified?

You have confused me to the max! Do you really mean you are afraid of what your previous employers will think of your new job? Do you mean your future employers??? What kind of job here in Laredo are you looking for? (Sorry I could be of more help, but I really don't understand the question)

2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee laredo 4x4 Do not work?
I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and about a week ago i brought it to juffy lube to get the oil changed and the guy told me that the transfer case has a hole init and that it needs to be fixed by the dealer. It does not go into 4 wheel drive anymore whenever i try it makes a really loud noise, and i can barely turn the wheel, and once i pop it back into 2 wheel drive it acts like it did when it was in 4 wheel drive for a while til it fixes itself. Anyone got any suggestions or what could i do instead of bringing it to the dealers???

Your best bet is to take it to the dealer before you do any more damage.

when you put it back into 2 wheel drive. back up a few feet, this will disengage the 4x4 system faster. the transfer case is out of oil, and the gears are dry. it will destroy it if you use 4x4. you need to go to a metal shop where they can weld aluminum if the transfer can be fixed. they are expensive, so you will want to cure the problem fast.
