if i get a new stereo in my jeep will my steering wheel stereo controls still work?
its a 98 jeep laredo.

no they will not work anymore.

nope not unless the head unit you buy comes with remotes that mount on the back of your steering wheel

Don't listen to these people....It will work perfect with the adapter for the controls....Like the one below.
